Ocana was a car designer at various companies working on innovative and luxurious vehicles, but it was only after being fired three times from different car companies that Ocana came to realize that “car companies really don’t like me telling them that their product is obsolete.” He was far more interested in how the car is a cultural engine, and how we are always finding new canvases to express life.[

Thus, he gave birth to a collaboration between automotive designers, psychoacoustic researchers, software engineers, and artists called Sonic Movement. It explores the issue from a conceptual perspective and considers emergent communication technologies for the design of a sound-reflective system. They rethink the relationship between man and mobility and it’s various effects on modern culture, as well as debating the current state of transportation affairs from a human perspective.
